All purchases made through ZAKU are subject to the terms and conditions outlined within this Refund & Return Policy. By completing a purchase through the ZAKU platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies, limitations, eligibility requirements, inspection procedures, and return authorization conditions described herein.

Due to the nature of premium indoor THCA products, imported genetics, limited releases, consumable goods, and compliance-related inventory handling procedures, all sales are considered final unless otherwise determined eligible under the limited return provisions set forth below.

## Return Eligibility Window

Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original date of purchase. Requests submitted beyond the seven-day eligibility window shall be automatically denied without exception.

The return eligibility period begins immediately upon successful order confirmation, regardless of delivery status, shipping delays, carrier processing times, customer availability, or third-party logistics circumstances.

Authorized Return Conditions

To qualify for review and potential return authorization, all products must:

* remain unopened, unused, and unaltered;
* be returned in original packaging and original condition;
* contain all original seals, labels, inserts, documentation, and accessories;
* show no indication of tampering, contamination, misuse, environmental exposure, or handling inconsistent with intended storage conditions.

ZAKU reserves sole discretionary authority to determine product condition, return eligibility, and compliance with all return requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

* opened consumable products;
* limited release products;
* clearance or discounted items;
* promotional items;
* products marked final sale;
* gift cards;
* digital products;
* downloadable content;
* items damaged after delivery;
* products exposed to improper storage conditions;
* products returned without authorization.

For health, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance purposes, no exceptions shall be granted for opened consumable products under any circumstance.

Return Authorization Requirement

Customers must obtain written Return Authorization approval from ZAKU prior to initiating any shipment. Unauthorized returns shall be refused, discarded, or returned to sender at customer expense.

Approval of a return request does not constitute approval of a refund.

## Inspection & Verification Process

All returned merchandise is subject to physical inspection, inventory verification, packaging review, and quality assurance evaluation upon receipt.

ZAKU reserves the right to:

* deny any return request;
* reject any returned merchandise;
* issue partial refunds;
* apply restocking fees;
* refuse refunds for products exhibiting signs of use, handling, tampering, environmental exposure, or non-compliant packaging conditions.

Inspection determinations are final and non-negotiable.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds shall be processed solely to the original payment method utilized during checkout. Refund processing timelines may vary depending upon financial institution processing times, payment processor review periods, fraud prevention verification procedures, and banking network delays.

ZAKU makes no guarantee regarding the speed, availability, or completion timeline of financial institution refund postings.

Original shipping charges, carrier surcharges, route protection fees, processing fees, handling fees, and return shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges shall only be considered in circumstances involving verified shipping damage, confirmed fulfillment errors, or manufacturer defects reported within the authorized seven-day review period.

Inventory availability for exchanges is not guaranteed.

## Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, unauthorized disputes, or abusive claims may be permanently restricted from future purchases and may be subject to additional verification procedures, claim investigations, collection actions, or legal review where applicable.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZAKU shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, delayed, carrier-related, environmental, or third-party damages associated with product handling, shipping delays, customer misuse, unauthorized storage conditions, or failed return attempts.

Policy Modifications

ZAKU reserves the right to modify, revise, update, suspend, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following policy modifications constitutes acceptance of all revised terms.
